Auntie P’s Epic Taco Dip

If you’ve followed along for a while you know we are a Sunday football kind of family, and that most of the festivities revolve around the foods. Typically, you can find us competing with charcuterie boards or getting down with some famous turkey chili .

But last week Auntie P blew our minds with her take on the seven layer dip. She swapped the olives {gag} for jalapeños and double doses of Cholula, and concocted a 9-layer take on a classic dish that I now lovingly refer to as, “Auntie P’s Epic Taco Dip.”

I don’t know how, but there’s something about this combination that allowed the chips to easily scoop and deliver each delicious bite to our welcome faces without breakage. It took about 20 minutes for me to recreate, and I still give it five stars.

I subbed her beef for ground Turkey and Phil hardly knew the difference, or so he says.

Scroll down for the recipe and let us know what ya think!
